NCO
Youth & Family Services was founded in 1971
by a group of concerned parents and community and
religious leaders who saw the need for local professional
services for youth and their families. Working
cooperatively with many local organizations, NCO
has played a leadership role in the development
of programs that encourage positive change.

Today, NCO
administers a variety of programs which include:
Counseling for
individuals, families, and couples on a sliding-fee
scale
24-Hour Crisis
Intervention coordinated with state,
county, and local police departments
Early Intervention & Prevention such
as Operation Snowball, Snowflake, and Snowflurry
and I Can Problem Solve (ICPS)
Parent Mentor Program is
administered by NCO and supported by the Naperville
Exchange Club. It was founded as a National Exchange
Club program for the prevention of child abuse.
This program promotes healthy families by providing
volunteer mentoring support to families under stress
who seek to improve their parenting skills and
manage their households in a positive and healthy
way.
Cornerstone Group
Home is the only short-term residence
for boys in DuPage County that provides shelter
for boys throughout the Chicagoland area
Transitional Housing
Program for young adults in Kane and
DuPage Counties between the ages of 18-21 to
provide guidance and support toward establishing
independence
Community Presentations can
be tailored to meet your groups' needs
Information & Referral
Services to a large network of service
providers.
